Code Weavers CrossOver Office allows you to install Windows productivity applications and plugins in Linux, without needing a Microsoft Operating System license. CrossOver includes an installation console and interface, which manages Windows Applications. Codeweavers supports many Windows applications including Microsoft Project, Office, Visio, etc. Quicken, Photoshop and others. Visit their web site to see the list of supports applications. Once installed, applications integrate directly with your JDS desktop.

You can use some software not listed including WinSCP - a open-source Win32 Secure FTP Client which works well with SSH - the protocol used in JDS.
